The Japanese government is planning to make Super Hi-Vision or Ultra HD the broadcasting standard by 2015. At 4320p and 33 megapixel resolution (yes, that’s 33 per frame) no camera and equipment supports the 24Gbps-format yet. In other news, 1080p HD is now available in North America and Europe.
